Tracking down the great history that Newport Richey has been through in the past, many people became interested with living in this city. Its strong local government and history, many people consider living in this city. Many redevelopments has been made over the years of its history thus a huge growth into the whole broad variations of many businesses and retail services that helped boost its business industry. The year 1924 made a very big break, in line of the cultural heritage that it has gone through. The incorporation of Newport Richey has made several parks and natural resources making it one of the most destinations of tourists.
The city holds a population of roughly 26,000 people back in the year 2000. Many people are going in and out of the country making a lot of races residing in the city today. Most of the population is comprised of White race. It is a house of many notable people in the Hollywood due to a time in Newport Richey’s history of it having housed many theatres and amphitheatres in the area. Most of them are reputable actors and actresses that created a great historical background for the city.

There was not much information about the geographical location of the city. It is just a city part of Pasco County located in the State of Florida in the United States. It is one of the sub-urban cities located in the area.
There are still a lot of things that Newport Richey has not reveal to many people and it is just fitting to make it as one of the most treasured natural resources of many people in the area. Newport Richey got its name from Captain Aaron Richey who was then the one responsible of establishing Port Richey in the year 1880. He originally came from Missouri yet ventured out and saw the great potential that the city has when it comes to industries about real estates. He owned and made the Port Richey Land Company that helped many citizens in the area to get a job.
The very first mayor of the city is Dr. Elroy M. Avery. He was a former State Senator of Ohio and a publisher. Two of the most historical places in the city of Newport Richey are the Main Street and the downtown where many historical events happened marking the great history of Newport Richey.
It is great to know how one city made its way to something big which includes great history. Many people have gone to see the wonders of Newport Richey letting it flourish and establish its name for a brighter future ahead. It simple gives a background of the things that its citizens should be proud of.
